Donna’s journey and fascination with nutrition began with an auto-immune disease diagnosis. She decided to use western medicine when necessary and incorporate a nutritional approach to health and healing into her daily life. Since 2001, Donna has used food as medicine.

She studied on her own for years, implemented new concepts and decided it was time to pursue what she really wanted to know. What is the science behind why food is healing? She pursued an additional degree to become a Master Nutrition Therapist.
