Are You Hungry?

I'm working on a meal plan AND getting hungry! Here's the recipe for slow-cooker Mushroom, Barley, Lentil Soup:

6 cups vegetable or chicken broth

3 large carrots, chopped

2 stalks celery, chopped

1 medium onion, diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 cup pearled barley

1/4 cup brown or green lentils

16 ounces button mushrooms, chopped

1 teaspoon thyme

1 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)

Freshly ground black pepper

Put all ingredients in a slow-cooker

. Cook on low for 8 hours. Dinner is done!
