It’s time to think about container or garden plot planting.  Have some fun and grow a few pumpkins!  If you are wondering what type of pumpkin to plant for consumption, I encourage you to select a seed that is not genetically modified (non-gmo).  Pumpkin isn’t just a fall favorite - it’s a nutritional powerhouse year-round. This squash is packed with nutrients, fiber, and health benefits. Let’s take a closer look.

It’s rich in essential vitamins and minerals, including:
