Dry Skin Brushing Benefits

Remember those lymph nodes in your neck that would become swollen when you had a sore throat or were under the weather? Unlike your blood that has your heart to keep it pumping through out the body, the lymph system doesn't have a pump. Lymph fluid moves when you move, and sometimes it needs a little encouragement to move - such as when you are under he weather and your lymph nodes swell. In addition to some type of daily exercise, such as walking, dry skin brushing is an excellent solution. Personally, I have found that when I dry skin brush, I have fewer autoimmune breakouts.
