Green Drink Saves Each Day

This was a stressful week. Rather than wearing out my adrenals further by eating the wrong foods and drinking caffeine, I was very dedicated to eating enough protein, minimizing carbohydrates and maximizing healthy produce. This drink kept me going...1 whole organic lemon, 1 big handful of organic spinach, 3-5 leaves of organic kale, 1 organic green apple, 1small organic golden beet, psyllium husk and filtered water.
