Bone broth is helpful for supporting the intestinal lining, weight loss, reducing cellulite and boosting your immune system and the health of your joints. Sip it straight or use it as a soup base, in chili, to make gravy or when making garlic mashed cauliflower (instead of potatoes :)). Save the bones from your free range, grass feed, wild caught protien and put them in the freezer. When you have enough bones to fill your crockpot 3/4 full, put the frozen bones in the crockpot and cover with filtered water. Add 1 - 2 T of raw apple cider vinegar to help extract the minerals from the bones to join your broth. Cook on low in your crockpot for 72 hours. My crockpot has a setting for 4, 6, 8, or 10 hours, so I set it to cook for 10 hours several times over the course of 3 days. It's flavorful and satisfying. Enjoy!
