Fall school sports are in full swing. For athletes working out daily, it's important to keep muscle repair and recovery functioning at an optimal level. Many amino acids in the body are conditional. This means that if the environment is right, i.e. the body is under little stress, then the body can manufacture necessary amino acids. With daily workouts and other stresses, these amino acids may no be produced at their highest level. Taking L-Glutamine 30 minutes before breakfast or right before bed (if you haven't just eaten) will support cell repair and athletic recovery.
