It tastes so much like traditional stuffing that you won't miss the bread! A gluten-free client shared with me her stuffing replacement recipe and it has become one of our Thanksgiving side dishes. Combine peeled, quartered or mandolin sliced sweet potatoes with diced celery and onions with butter, sage or poultry seasoning, sea salt and pepper to taste and saute until the onions are translucent. Move to a seasoned baking dish and bake in the oven until the sweet potatoes have reached desired tenderness. Enjoy!
